FULL WEDDING PLANNING + DESIGN PACKAGE

Designed for those that have a vision for their special day but need professional help with the entire process to ensure that it is carried out to perfection. Most couples also don’t have the time to devote to the full planning process, from the vendor selection to final billing. Leave the planning, negotiating, decorating, & execution to us, so you can enjoy this season, and have fun! We work from beginning to end to help you find vendors and venues, work with caterers, rentals, event design, transportation and hotel assistance, entertainment booking, manage budgets and timelines, and get all details planned, including the actual set-up, execution, and strike the day of. This also includes the rehearsal dinner, if desired.
This package includes:
• Unlimited hours of coordination
• Unlimited phone/email communication
• 4 in person intensive planning meetings and walkthroughs
• Detailed wedding layout, timeline and ceremony/reception schedule creation
